Co-FounderMark has been specialising in Finance Recruitment since 2013, building his career in the corporate sector and progressing to Sales Director before co-founding Enhance Finance.
He is driven by adding genuine value at senior levels and acting as a trusted partner to businesses that are serious about growth. Founding a niche boutique focused on the DeepTech sector allows Mark to do exactly that - connecting innovative companies with the Finance Leaders who can help them scale.
Emmie Bolding
Co-FounderEmmie has spent a decade specialising in Senior Finance recruitment. Over the course of her career at her previous firm, she progressed from rookie to top performer, before taking on the challenge of shaping something in her own image with Enhance Finance.
Consultation and partnership have always been at the heart of Emmie’s approach. She works closely with Founders and senior leaders to help them make the right hiring decisions and attract the Finance Leaders who can drive their businesses forward - and that’s what motivates her every day.
